(APLN) menerbitkan obligasi berkelanjutan I tahap IV senilai Rp99 miliar dari total penawaran sebesar Rp2,5 triliun. Adapun dalam prospektus disebutkan obligasi akan diterbitkan dengan tenor maksimum 5 tahun dengan bunga tetap sebesar 11,25% per tahun. Sementara untuk pembayaran bunga obligasi akan dilakukan setiap tiga bulan dengan pembayaran pertama pada 25 Juni 2015. Surat utang ini akan jatuh tempo pada 25 Maret 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Rencananya dana hasil emisi obligasi tersebut akan digunakan untuk pengembangan usaha di bidang properti di Jakarta, Karawang, Bandung, Bali dan Balikpapan baik melalui perseroan maupun entitas anak. Obligasi tersebut telah memperoleh peringkat dari PT Pemeringkat efek Indonesia (Pefindo) idA untuk periode 4 November 2014-1 April 2015. Sementara yang bertindak selaku penjamin pelaksana emisi adalah PT Bahana Securities dengan wali amanat PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
