{"id":118893,"date":"2016-09-01T13:14:52","date_gmt":"2016-09-01T06:14:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vibizmedia.com\/?p=118893"},"modified":"2016-09-01T14:23:23","modified_gmt":"2016-09-01T07:23:23","slug":"kurangi-backlog-perumahan-kementerian-pupr-gandeng-rei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vibizmedia.com\/index.php\/2016\/09\/01\/kurangi-backlog-perumahan-kementerian-pupr-gandeng-rei\/","title":{"rendered":"Kurangi Backlog Perumahan, Kementerian PUPR Gandeng REI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">(Vibizmedia \u2013 Nasional) Untuk mengurangi <em>backlog<\/em> perumahan di tanah air sebagai upaya memperjuangkan kebutuhan rumah rakyat sektor informal, pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) menggandeng Real Estate Indonesia (REI) untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tantangan terbesar yang dihadapi masyarakat informal saat ini adalah mempunyai rumah terkendala jangkauan daya beli dan juga akses kepada perbankan sehingga masyarakat harus membeli dengan cicilan melalui bank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Direktur Jenderal Pembiayaan Perumahan Kementerian PUPR Maurin Sitorus mengatakan bahwa untuk mewujudkan Program Sejuta Rumah harus dimulai dengan memperkokoh sinergi antara pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, pengembang, perbankan dan masyarakat itu sendiri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) angka <em>backlog<\/em> perumahan turun menjadi 11,4 juta unit, sedangkan kebutuhan rumah tiap tahun masih akan terus meningkat dan jumlahnya mencapai 800.000 unit per tahun, sehingga \u00a0akan selalu ada kekurangan.
