Sesuai rencana, pengambilalihan saham ini direncanakan secara bersama-sama oleh perseroan sebesar 99 persen dan anak perusahaan, PT Pancarima Ekabrothers sebesar 1 persen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adapun hingga saat ini, perseroan masih melakukan penelaahan atas lingkup bisnis, strategi penjualan, dan seluruh aspek operasional produksi dan penjualan, keuangan, sumber daya manusia, serta seluruh hal terkait sinergi dengan PBRX.
