Hal yang pertama adalah persoalan suksesi dalam perusahaan, yang kedua bagaimana menggunakan topi yang tepat; kapan sebagai pemilik perusahaan kapan memakai topi seorang manajer. Permasalahan yang ketiga adalah perusahaan keluarga sering diatur dengan tidak terstruktur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Suksesi dalam perusahaan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Permasalah pertama, ketika perusahaan memikirkan siapa generasi penerus selanjutnya, sering timbul konflik antara apakah akan dilanjutkan dari pihak keluarga atau pihak luar. Kapan dan bagaimana rencananya, apakah pada saat sang ayah masih ada atau nanti saja sesudahnya, apakah langsung saja digantikan atau menunggu sang anak berpengalaman lebih dahulu. Saat melakukan suksesi pertimbangan kepentingan manajemen dan kepemilikan\u00a0 merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan.
