Hal tersebut menyusul masuknya Terra Invesment Holding Limited dalam jajaran pemegang saham mayoritas PT Cipaganti Citra Graha Tbk yang akhirnya menunjukkan perubahan besar. \u00a0Perusahaan asal Hongkong itu resmi merubah nama perusahaan, kantor pusat hingga posisi direktur utama perusahaan berkode emiten CPGT tersebut. A<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">dapaun dalam RUPSLB CPGT juga meningkatkan modal dasar perseroan menjadi Rp1,5 triliun dengan nilai nominal Rp100 per saham. Dalam RUPSLB telah mengangkat Marzuki Usman sebagai Komisaris Utama, sedangkan dewan komisaris lainnya Robertus Setiawan, Michael Rusli,Alvian Noor, Suhartono Suratman dan Aqlani Maza.
