Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang dengan jumlah penduduk yang masuk kategori kelas menengah cukup tinggi. Kecenderungan dari kelas menengah adalah memiliki tingkat konsumsi\/belanja yang tinggi. Konsumen kelas menengah merupakan sasaran empuk sebagai kontributor atas pertumbuhan PDB sebuah negara.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berdasarkan hasil survei Konsumen yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia (BI) terlihat bahwa tingkat keyakinan konsumen Indonesia pada Maret 2015 masih cukup tinggi dan optimis. Hal ini tercermin dari Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen (IKK) Maret 2015 yang tercatat sebesar 116,9, lebih rendah dibandingkan 120,2 pada bulan sebelumnya.
