Meski menerbitkan saham baru, pemerintah tetap menguasai kepemilikan saham di Antam sebesar 65 persen, sisanya dikuasai publik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">ANTM menegaskan telah memaparkan <em>business plan <\/em>kepada komisi VI DPR RI. Perolehan dana dari penerbitan saham baru sekitar Rp1,3 triliun yang akan dialokasikan untuk pengembangan dua proyek, yakni proyek pengolahan Anode Slime di Jawa dan proyek Feronikel di Halmahera Timur. Untuk proyek pengolahan Anode Slime akan berkapasitas 2 ribu ton per tahun dengan investasi sebesar USD40 juta. Tahap pertama berkapasitas 500 ton per tahun selesai Desember 2014 dengan <em>first tapping<\/em> di 19 Januari 2015.
