Kuatnya sentimen perdagangan aset resiko dan buruknya data pengeluaran konsumen AS pekan lalu mempengaruhi lemahnya dolar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Indeks dolar yang menunjukkan kekuatan mata uang dolar AS terhadap beberapa rival mata uang utama sedang turun sekitar  0,06 persen menjadi 97,22, setelah akhir pekan lalu ditutup pada posisi 97,28 atau melemah  0,08 persen dari posisi perdagangan sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Indeks dolar pada akhir pekan lalu juga melemah setelah berhasil mencapai puncak tinggi 2 pekan pada perdagangan sebelumnya, tertekan oleh kuatnya sentimen perdagangan aset resiko menekan safe haven termasuk dolar. Selain itu juga mendapat tekanan dari buruknya data pengeluaran konsumen AS  kurang dari yang diharapkan pada bulan Januari dalam indeks Pengeluaran Konsumsi Pribadi (PCE), ukuran inflasi yang suka dipakai Federal Reserve. Karena  pengeluaran konsumen menyumbang lebih dari dua pertiga aktivitas ekonomi Amerika.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Dengan pertumbuhan pendapatan yang lebih lambat dan inflasi yang lemah mendukung permasalahan Fed beberapa bulan terakhir  untuk mengakhiri pengetatan kebijakan moneter selama tiga tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Akhir pekan lalu perdagangan aset resiko mencetak keuntungan yang besar oleh sentimen perkembangan baik permasalahan Brexit di Inggris serta negoisasi dagang AS dan China yang sedang berlangsung. Kuatnya perdagangan aset resiko ini menekan mata uang safe haven termasuk dolar AS.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk sentimen penggerak hari ini ada banyak data penting dari kalender ekonomi untuk kinerja manufaktur PMI, baik di kawasan Asia, Eropa dan juga Amerika.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:left;\">Analyst Vibiz Research Center memperkirakan secara teknikal, indeks dolar bergerak turun menuju posisi supportnya di posisi 97.15 \u2013 96.84.
