Pasalnya, jumlah rumah yang sudah dipesan atau\u00a0<em>pending home sales\u00a0<\/em>di AS di bulan Februari berhasil mencetak kenaikan pada level tertingginya\u00a0dalam dua puluh bulan terakhir. Hal ini didukung dengan indikator indeks penjualan rumah yang tertunda atau indeks\u00a0<em>pending home sales\u00a0<\/em>di AS yang\u00a0melonjak naik 3,1 persen ke skor 106,9 di bulan Februari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Namun sayang, sepertinya sinyal-sinyal kekuatan sektor properti AS tidak bertahan hingga bulan Maret lalu. Berdasarkan data yang dirilis oleh <em>\u00a0The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), <\/em>jumlah pengajuan aplikasi\u00a0KPR di Amerika Serikat (AS) naik pada pekan lalu mencatat penurunan. Secara bulanan\u00a0indeks yang mengukur aktivitas aplikasi hipotek, yang meliputi <em>refinancing<\/em> dan permintaan pembelian rumah hanya naik 0,4 persen dalam pekan yang berakhir 3 April \u00a0lalu.
