Dengan begitu realisasi marketing sales telah mencapai 21,8% dari target. Adapun pihak SMRA menyatakan pencapaian marketing sales tersebut hampir seluruhnya bersumber dari penjualan apartemen di Summarecon Serpong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sebagai informasi tahun ini SMRA membidik marketing sales Rp 5,5 triliun. Target itu naik 19% dari tahun 2014 sebesar Rp 4,6 triliun. Perseroan masih mengandalkan tiga portopolio utamanya yakni Summarecon Kelapa Gading, Summarecon Bekasi dan Summarecon Serpong. Dari Kelapa Gading, SMRA menargetkan bisa membidik marketing sales Rp 500 miliar terutama dari proyek apartemen Kensington. Dari proyek apartemen Spring Lake bekasi ditargetkan sekitar Rp 1,5 triliun dan Rp 2,5 triliun dibidik dari proyek perumahan Maxwell Residenc, Ruko Aristoteles dan hunian lain di Summarecon Serpong, SMRA juga masih memiliki sisa marketing sales dari peluncuran apartemen Serpong Midtown yang seharusnya dibukukan tahun lalu.
