Amak usaha tersebut adalah PT Apparelindo Prima Sentosa yang sahamnya dimiliki perseroan sebesar 99 persen, dan PT Pancaprima Ekabrothers sebesar satu persen mendirikan perusahaan patungan dengan modal dasar awal sebesar Rp60 miliar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nantinya PT Mitra Busana Sentosa akan menjalankan usaha di bidang perindustrian, perdagangan, dan menjalankan sebaga usaha jasa dan atau jasa konsultasi. PT Mitra Busana Sentosa akan menjalankan usaha ritel busana dengan membuka toko-toko sendiri dan juga membuka gerai di \u201cDepartemen Store\u201d. Merek toko yang digunakan yakni \u201cSalt n Pepper\u201d dan beberapa merek lain.
