Deputi Bidang Pelayanan Publik Kementerian PANRB Diah Natalisa mengatakan momentum ini sebagai sebuah kesempatan untuk melakukan akselerasi dalam mewujudkan transformasi pelayanan. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cReformasi pelayanan perizinan yang dilakukan melalui penyederhanaan proses bisnis dan pemangkasan prosedur yang kaku dan berbelit-belit,\u201d ungkap Diah dalam keterangannya, Rabu 3 Juni 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Diah mengajak unit pelayanan untuk menggunakan media informasi untuk menyampaikan standar pelayanan baru melalui media publikasi. Menurutnya, di era media sosial saat ini, bisa dibilang sangat efektif untuk mempublikasi seluruh kebijakan pemerintah, termasuk Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) mengenai pelayanan publik ditengah pandemi. <\/p>\n<p>Diah menambahkan strategi berikutnya adalah mendorong unit penyelenggara pelayanan untuk membuka media komunikasi online sebagai wadah konsultasi maupun pengaduan.<\/p>\n<p>Kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelayanan masih cukup tinggi meski terjadi pandemi. Setiap pimpinan organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) atau kepala daerah wajib memantau kualitas pelayanan publik di wilayahnya agar tetap optimal. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMemastikan kualitas output dari produk layanan <em>online<\/em> maupun <em>offline<\/em> tetap sesuai standar yang ditetapkan,\u201d jelas Diah.<\/p>\n<p>Perlu diakui, tidak semua unit pelayanan atau daerah yang bisa menerapkan layanan secara online. Di beberapa wilayah, banyak kendala terkait jaringan internet, listrik, dan sebagainya, sehingga masih dilakukan layanan secara <em>offline<\/em>.
