{"id":239091,"date":"2020-08-26T12:55:44","date_gmt":"2020-08-26T05:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vibizmedia.com\/?p=239091"},"modified":"2020-08-26T21:23:40","modified_gmt":"2020-08-26T14:23:40","slug":"kementerian-pupr-penuhi-rumah-layak-huni-bagi-masyarakat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vibizmedia.com\/index.php\/2020\/08\/26\/kementerian-pupr-penuhi-rumah-layak-huni-bagi-masyarakat\/","title":{"rendered":"Kementerian PUPR Terus Berupaya Penuhi Rumah Layak Huni bagi Masyarakat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibizmedia-Nasional) Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) berharap momentum Hari Perumahan Nasional (Hapernas) dapat lebih mendorong kesadaran dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan bidang perumahan tentang pentingnya pemenuhan hunian yang layak bagi masyarakat. <\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu, pihaknya terus berupaya menyediakan rumah sebagai kebutuhan pokok, disamping sandang dan pangan, bagi masyarakat Indonesia. <\/p>\n<p>Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR tahun 2020 menganggarkan refocusing sebesar Rp7,78 triliun digunakan untuk sejumlah program seperti pembangunan rumah susun sebanyak 1.640 unit, rumah khusus (1.013 unit), rumah swadaya (222.750 unit) dan pembangunan prasarana, sarana dan utilitas (PSU) sebanyak 8.500 unit serta pembiayaan perumahan guna menyediakan hunian yang layak bagi masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Perlu di ketahui, hingga 17 Agustus, serapan anggaran telah mencapai 52,88% dengan progres fisik sebesar 48,40%.
