Setelah airnya berkurang uang masukkan oncom yang yang sudah dihaluskan. Aduk semua sampai rata, lalu masukkan daun bawang dan kemangi.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil singkong parut lalu campur dengan kelapa parut dan mentega. Setelah tercampur rata dan berwarna kekuningan, maka ambil kira-kira sendok makan, pipihkan di telapak tangan lalu tambahkan isian combro secukupnya, lalu digulung berbentuk bulat lonjong.<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan minyak goreng yang cukup untuk membuat combro tenggelam dalam minyak ketika digoreng, lalu masukkan combro nya.
