Dalam Rapat Kerja (Raker) bersama Komisi XI, Menkeu mengajukan pembentukan holding UMi yang akan melibatkan tiga BUMN, yakni PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk., PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), dan PT Pegadaian (Persero).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSaat ini holding UMKM melayani 15 juta nasabah. Diharapkan dengan adanya holding dan bekerja secara sinergis, maka jumlah UMi yang akan bisa dilayani akan mencapai 29 juta,\u201d Menkeu menyampaikan secara daring, Senin (08\/02).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Holding UMi akan dilakukan melalui persetujuan right issue dari PT BRI dimana negara akan mengambil bagian seluruhnya dengan cara mengalihkan seluruh saham seri B Negara dari PT PNM dan PT Pegadaian yang diserahkan kepada PT BRI sesuai PP 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Tata Cara Penyertaan Modal Negara kepada BUMN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cRight issue BRI ini dilakukan setelah mendapatkan arahan dari Komite Privatisasi dan rekomendasi dari Menteri Keuangan, serta telah dikonsultasikan dengan DPR,\u201d ujar Menkeu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Manfaat pembentukan holding UMi juga dijelaskan oleh Menkeu. Bagi perusahaan, holding ini dapat meningkatkan valuasi entitas melalui peningkatan profitabilitas PT BRI, PT Pegadaian, dan PT PNM, meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis melalui sinergi entitas dan tata kelola yang lebih baik, serta penurunan cost of fund.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDari sisi pemerintah, holding ini akan dapat membantu untuk mencapai rasio target kredit UMKM di dalam rangka kita melayani usaha kecil menengah yang merupakan backbone penting, meningkatkan pemerataan ekonomi dari sisi akses kredit ultra mikro, menciptakan lapangan kerja dan bisnis baru, memperluas kerangka sistem finansial Indonesia melalui integrasi layanan keuangan yang strategis, dan efisiensi dari tata kelola BUMN,\u201d kata Menkeu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain itu masyarakat juga akan dapat merasakan manfaat dari pembentukan holding UMi ini, seperti kemudahan akses layanan keuangan formal, mengurangi biaya pendanaan usaha UMi, meningkatkan taraf hidup, serta meningkatkan literasi keuangan nasional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di akhir rapat tersebut, Komisi XI DPR RI dan Menkeu sepakat untuk menyampaikan dokumen terkait pembentukan holding Ultra Mikro beserta Key Performance Indicators (KPI) yang akan dibahas kembali para raker selanjutnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibizmedia-Nasional) Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati targetkan 29 juta usaha Ultra Mikro (UMi) dapat memperoleh akses pembiayaan pada tahun 2024 melalui holding UMi.
