Bertindak sebagai pemateri dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kakanwil beserta para pimpinan tinggi pratama, Kegiatan ini dilakukan juga sebagai bentuk Corporate University kepada seluruh jajaran Pegawai demi mewujudkan Zona integritas di Kanwil Kemenkumham Bengkulu.<\/p>\n<p>Acara dipandu Kepala Divisi Administrasi (Johan Manurung) yang menjelaskan kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk kemajuan, ketertiban, kebersihan Kantor Kemenkumham Bengkulu demi mewujudkan zona integritas.\u00a0 Selanjutnya Kakanwil (Imam Jauhari) memberikan penguatan kepada jajaran pegawai. Kakanwil menyoroti peran utama PPNPN sebagai garda terdepan di kanwil untuk menjaga kebersihan dan keamanan kantor. \u201c<em>Para pegawai PPNPN harus memiliki integritas yang meliputi tanggung jawab, displin, tepat waktu dan jujur dalam bekerja, itu salah satu bentuk penerapan manajemen perubahan\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Ujar Kakanwil. Kakanwil berharap para pegawai turut mengingatkan kinerja para pegawai PPNPN, karena zona integritas tidak hanya tanggung jawab para Pimti saja melainkan tanggung jawab semua, Selain itu kakanwil berharap seluruh pegawai mencintai Kanwil Kemenkumham Bengkulu sebagai tempat penghidupan sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya Penguatan dari Kadivmin, yang menyoroti tentang kesigapandan tanggung jawab seluruh pegawai dalam melaksanakan kinerja. Kedisiplinan dari para pegawai harus dibentuk, dan beliau berharap semoga tidak ada pegawai yang terkena kasus kedisiplinan, demi muwujudkan zona integritas di Kanwil Kemenkumham Bengkulu.<\/p>\n<p>Penguatan dari Kadivyankumham (Kurniaman Telaumbana) yang meyampaikan mengenai peran dari duta layanan sebagai garda terdepan untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pengguna layanan. Para duta layanan harus mengerti mengenai segala jenis layanan yang ada di kantor wilayah. \u201cBerikan kesan pertama yang positif kepada pengguna layanan dengan baik, siapapun petugasnya, milikilah sense of belonging\u201d ujar Kadivyankumham.<\/p>\n<p>Terakhir penguatan dari Kadivpas (Ika Yusanti) yang memberikan dua tips agar dapat bekerja secara maksimal. Pertama, Jadikan kita orang yang penting di Kanwil Kemenkumham Bengkulu dengan memberikan tugas dan fungsi sebaik-baiknya. Kedua, Jadikan kita orang bernilai, dengan meningkatkan kapasitas, dan kualitas dengan menunjukkan karya terbaik bagi Kanwil Bengkulu, jangan pernah menerima uang tips, dan selalu terapkan salam, senyum, sapa, kepada semua tamu yang datang di Kanwil Kemenkumham Bengkulu.
