Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) melakukan perjanjian kerjasama dengan konsultan properti terkemuka di kawasan Asia Pasifik Ascendas Group melalui anak usahanya PT Metropolitan Karyadeka Development (MKD) Indonesia untuk membangun proyek kota terpadu di kawasan Tanggerang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam kerjasama pembangunan proyek bernama Metland Cyber City ini, Ascendas dan Metland masing \u2013 masing akan memegang saham dengan persentase yang seimbang. Proyek seluas 9.7 hektar ini akan terdiri dari gabungan perkantoran, Apartemen, ritel dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Groundbreaking proyek ini akan dilakukan pada kuartal ketiga 2015\u00a0 dan rencana pembangunan akan dimulai tahun 2016.
