Hampir di setiap daerah di Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan sentra produksi buah lokal jika perkebunan dikelola dengan baik, dan didukung lahan yang baik serta cara penanaman yang benar sejak pembibitan\u00a0 sampai berbuah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Terbukti beberapa jenis buah lokal hasil tanaman petani Indonesia yang menjadi primadona di pasar Internasional seperti : Mangga Gincu, Salak Pondoh, Pisang Kirana dan Manggis. Dimana dari keempat buah ini ternyata mendapat tempat khusus di pasar internasional seperti Dubai, Tiongkok dan negara-negara ASEAN. Dari data Kementan, ekspor buah saja, mangga dan manggis hingga Juni 2015 volume ekspornya telah mencapai 50 persen dari volume ekspor di tahun 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presiden Joko Widodo sangat mendukung gagasan untuk mengembangkan produksi dan kualitas buah lokal, demi mengurangi buah impor.
