{"id":366718,"date":"2022-08-27T18:52:16","date_gmt":"2022-08-27T11:52:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vibizmedia.com\/?p=366718"},"modified":"2022-08-27T18:52:20","modified_gmt":"2022-08-27T11:52:20","slug":"kemenkumham-malut-m-adnan-berpesan-untuk-mengedepankan-prinsip-kehati-hatian","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vibizmedia.com\/index.php\/2022\/08\/27\/kemenkumham-malut-m-adnan-berpesan-untuk-mengedepankan-prinsip-kehati-hatian\/","title":{"rendered":"Kemenkumham Malut M Adnan Berpesan Untuk Mengedepankan Prinsip Kehati-Hatian"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Vibizmedia &#8211; Malut ) <strong>Ternate, malut.kemenkumham.go.id<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Pada tahun 2021 hingga 2022, Majelis Kehormatan Notaris (MKN) Provinsi Maluku Utara (Malut) telah menerima 9 surat permohonan terkait penanggulangan Notaris oleh Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH).<\/p>\n<p>2 diantaranya telah diberikan izin untuk selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan atas dugaan terjadinya pelanggaran hukum oleh Notaris.<\/p>\n<p>Menyikapi hal tersebut, Kepala Kantor Wilayah (Kakanwil) Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Maluku Utara (Kemenkumham Malut) berpesan agar para Notaris untuk mengedepankan prinsip kehati-hatian.<\/p>\n<p>Hal itu disampaikan Kakanwil saat membuka Rapat Koordinasi Majelis Pengawas Notaris (MPN) Malut yang diselenggarakan di Emerald Hotel Ternate, Kamis (25\/8\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya meminta agar Notaris yang membuat akta atau perjanjian apapun, agar mengedepankan prinsip kehati-hatian,&#8221; Tutur Kakanwil dihadapan peserta rakor.<\/p>\n<p>Kakanwil M. Adnan yang juga selaku Ketua MKN Provinsi Malut menghimbau agar membangun sinergitas dengan pemangku kepentingan.<\/p>\n<p>Kata Kakanwil, masih terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara Notaris dan APH dalam proses penyidikan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tingkat profesionalisme Notaris menjadi kunci utama yang perlu dikedepankan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.&#8221; Ungkap Kakanwil.<\/p>\n<p>Kedepannya, Kakanwil berharap agar dapat ditemukan solusi dan mekanisme hukum yang bersifat pencegahan yang efektif.<\/p>\n<p>Rapat Koordinasi yang dilaksanakan siang ini, dihadiri oleh Pimti Pratama, Pejabat Pengawas Kanwil Kemenkumham Malut, serta unsur Notaris.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Narasumber yang dihadirkan untuk mendukung berjalannya diskusi dengan baik, diantaranya Helmy (Ketua INI Perwakilan Malut), AKBP Yuri Nurhidayat, S.IK., MH (Wadir Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Malut), R.
