Seiring dengan keadaan tersebut, terjadi modernisasi armada kargo, sehingga banyak perahu yang tersedia dan dapat dijadikan rumah.<\/p>\n<p>Kapal yang sudah terlepas dari mesin, tangki bahan bakar, ruang kargo dan hanya memiliki lambung kapal, ruang kemudi serta jendela bertirai.
