Antoni Arif Priadi bertemu dengan Director General of Maritime Affairs and Safety Policy Bureau, Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries Jong-uk Hong.<\/p>\n<p>Pada kesempatan tersebut, Capt. Antoni menyampaikan, Indonesia dan Republic of Korea berpotensi bekerja sama dalam bidang kemaritiman, kerja sama dimaksud terkait dengan Port State Control (PSC), Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS), Aids to Navigation (AToN), Coast Guard dan Kepelautan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pihak dari Republic of Korea menyambut baik potensi kerja sama yang ada, hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan sektor kemaritiman di kedua negara,&#8221; ucapnya dalam keterangan resmi, Jumat (1\/12\/2023).<\/p>\n<p>Disampaikan juga bahwa Indonesia mengoptimalkan pengembangan pengurangan Emisi Gas Rumah Kaca dari kapal. Selain itu, Indonesia juga berkomitmen menyukseskan dan mengimplementasikan IMO Green House Gas Strategy yang akan diadopsi pada sesi Sidang Majelis IMO ke 33.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesia dan Republic of Korea akan saling mendukung untuk pencalonan masing-masing negara sebagai Anggota Dewan IMO, dukungan tersebut dibutuhkan Indonesia agar tujuan menjadi Anggota Dewan IMO Kategori C periode 2024-2025 dapat tercapai.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Indonesia dan Republic of Korea sudah menyatakan komitmennya untuk saling mendukung dalam pencalonan Anggota Dewan IMO, dukungan tersebut sangat berarti untuk dapat terpilihnya kembali Indonesia menjadi Anggota Dewan IMO,&#8221; ujar Capt. Antoni.<\/p>\n<p>Turut hadir dalam pertemuan tersebut Direktur Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Laut Capt.
