Tujuannya untuk \u00a0meningkatkan efisiensi, kenyamanan, dan keamanan dalam manajemen serta pengelolaan properti perumahan.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini disampaikan Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono saat membuka kegiatan Proptech Convention and Expo di Auditorium Kampus Kementerian PUPR, Jakarta, Jumat (23\/8\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Digitalisasi diperlukan untuk membangun ekosistem perumahan yang lebih efektif dan efisien, serta untuk mengintegrasikan seluruh proses penyelenggaraan perumahan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pemerintah terus mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembangunan rumah layak huni bagi masyarakat. Selain teknologi rumah tahan gempa, kami juga ingin teknologi digital digunakan untuk memantau kegiatan pembangunan dan rumah yang ditempati,&#8221; ujar Basuki.<\/p>\n<p>Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Perumahan PUPR Iwan Suprijanto juga menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian Peringatan Hari Perumahan Nasional (Hapernas) XVI Tahun 2024 yang akan jatuh pada 25 Agustus 2024 dengan tema \u201cDigitalisasi Perumahan\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCita-cita untuk terselenggaranya kebutuhan perumahan rakyat bukan mustahil apabila kita sungguh-sungguh mau dengan penuh kepercayaan. Digitalisasi diperlukan untuk membangun ekosistem perumahan yang lebih efektif dan efisien, mulai dari penyiapan lahan, perencanaan, perizinan, hingga pengelolaan,\u201d jelas Iwan.<\/p>\n<p>Hapernas 2024 akan menggelar PropTech Convention and Expo, sebuah ajang yang mempertemukan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, termasuk Kementerian\/Lembaga, perbankan, investor, pengembang, pelaku usaha industri material, penyedia tenaga kerja, serta pemilik startup atau teknologi aplikasi digital di bidang perumahan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;PropTech Convention and Expo diharapkan menjadi salah satu bentuk kehadiran negara dalam menjamin pemenuhan hunian layak bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, terutama Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR), serta menjaga iklim usaha yang kondusif di sektor perumahan dan properti,&#8221; tambah Iwan.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini melibatkan beberapa perusahaan dan lembaga, di antaranya BP Tapera, PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI), PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI), dan PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, perusahaan-perusahaan seperti PRIMAVERSE, PT. Mowilex Indonesia, Perare.io, Falken UPVC, PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT. Propan Raya ICC, PT. Ciputra Development Tbk\/Ciputra Group, PT. Sarana Multigriya Finansial (SMF) Persero, PT. Sinarmas Land, PT. Indokoei International, Bali Invest, dan PT.
