Menurutnya, pembahasan reformasi ini telah dimulai sejak Februari 2025, jauh sebelum pengumuman kenaikan tarif impor oleh Presiden Amerika Serikat Donald Trump pada April 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reformasi TKDN ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan tata cara perhitungan, mempercepat proses, dan menekan biaya sertifikasi, sehingga lebih banyak produk industri dalam negeri yang memiliki sertifikat TKDN dan dapat dibeli oleh pemerintah pusat, daerah, BUMN, dan BUMD. Langkah ini juga sejalan dengan arahan Presiden Prabowo Subianto untuk memperdalam struktur industri dan meningkatkan daya saing nasional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peraturan Presiden Nomor 46 Tahun 2025 tentang Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah menjadi landasan hukum yang memperkuat arah baru kebijakan TKDN. Perpres ini mengatur urutan prioritas belanja pemerintah dan BUMN\/BUMD, dengan mewajibkan pembelian produk ber-TKDN atau Produk Dalam Negeri (PDN) dibandingkan produk impor. Urutan prioritas tersebut mencakup empat tahapan, mulai dari produk dengan penjumlahan skor TKDN dan Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan (BMP) di atas 40 persen hingga produk yang terdata dalam Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional (SIINAS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dengan reformasi ini, pemerintah berharap dapat mempercepat kemandirian industri nasional serta memperkuat ekosistem manufaktur dalam negeri.
