Namun, Menaker menegaskan bahwa pembatasan usia tetap dapat diterapkan dalam kondisi tertentu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pembatasan usia diperbolehkan jika berkaitan langsung dengan karakteristik pekerjaan dan tidak menimbulkan pengurangan akses kerja secara umum,&#8221; ungkap Yassierli dalam keterangannya di Gedung Kemnaker, Jakarta, Rabu, 28 Mei 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Kebijakan ini juga memberi perhatian khusus terhadap kelompok disabilitas. Dunia usaha diminta untuk tidak menjadikan keterbatasan fisik sebagai alasan penolakan kerja selama individu tersebut memiliki kompetensi dan memenuhi syarat jabatan yang dituju.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kita ingin memastikan rekrutmen benar-benar dilakukan berbasis kompetensi dan tidak mengabaikan hak kelompok manapun,&#8221; kata Yassierli.<\/p>\n<p>Ia juga meminta pemberi kerja untuk menyampaikan informasi lowongan secara jujur dan transparan melalui kanal resmi. Tujuannya adalah mengurangi praktik penipuan, pemalsuan, hingga percaloan yang merugikan pencari kerja dan merusak integritas pasar tenaga kerja.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ini bukan hanya soal regulasi, tetapi soal tanggung jawab bersama menciptakan iklim kerja yang sehat dan berkeadilan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>SE ini ditujukan kepada seluruh Gubernur di Indonesia untuk diteruskan kepada Bupati\/Wali Kota serta seluruh pemangku kepentingan terkait.
