Tak hanya itu, YouGov juga mengungkapkan bahwa Indonesia menempati posisi tertinggi di dunia dalam hal antusiasme konsumen untuk memberi rekomendasi.<\/p>\n<p>Sebanyak 69 persen orang Indonesia menyatakan setuju dengan pernyataan, \u201cSaya senang merekomendasikan sesuatu ke orang lain.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>General Manager YouGov Indonesia &#038; India, Edward Hutasoit, menyebut antusiasme tersebut sebagai kekuatan luar biasa bagi pertumbuhan merek-merek lokal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMereka bukan sekadar pembeli, tapi pendukung aktif. Bagi para pemasar, ini peluang besar untuk mendorong pertumbuhan organik lewat pengalaman yang konsisten dan berkesan,\u201d ujar Edward dalam konferensi pers daring, Selasa (15\/7\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Selain daftar merek terpercaya, YouGov juga merilis nama-nama yang mencatatkan peningkatan sentimen positif paling signifikan sepanjang setahun terakhir. Ellips, Sanyo, dan jaringan hotel Ibis berada di posisi teratas, mencerminkan keberhasilan mereka menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan di kategori kecantikan, elektronik, dan akomodasi terjangkau.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTemuan ini menyoroti kekuatan merek-merek global yang berhasil menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan lewat pengalaman yang konsisten, baik di sektor perjalanan, otomotif, fashion, maupun perawatan pribadi,\u201d tambah Edward.<\/p>\n<p>Di sisi lain, daya saing produk Indonesia terus menjadi perhatian pemerintah. Menteri Perindustrian (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita optimistis bahwa produk manufaktur Indonesia tetap kompetitif.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cProduk tekstil dan alas kaki kita masih kompetitif dengan Bangladesh, sementara produk makanan olahan kita lebih bersaing dibanding produk serupa dari Thailand yang dikenakan tarif 36 persen oleh AS,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Agus menekankan pentingnya sinergi dan ketangguhan industri nasional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKita tetap membuka peluang dialog dengan mitra luar negeri, tapi kita juga perkuat rumah kita sendiri.
