Di bawah kepemimpinan Direktur Pemasaran Imelda Alini Pohan, Perumnas tak hanya meningkatkan kualitas produk, tetapi juga merancang strategi pemasaran yang relevan dengan generasi muda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salah satu inisiatifnya adalah edukasi literasi properti melalui talkshow bertema <em>\u201cBuilding Confidence and Personal Branding Through Effective Communication\u201d<\/em> dan <em>\u201cMembangun Kepercayaan Diri Melalui Kepemilikan Properti\u201d<\/em> di Universitas Prasetiya Mulya pada 23 Juli 2025. Kegiatan ini mendorong mahasiswa mulai merencanakan kepemilikan rumah sejak dini sebagai bagian dari kemandirian finansial dan citra diri yang kuat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perumnas juga merayakan ulang tahun ke-51 pada 18 Juli 2025 dengan mengadakan kegiatan kolaboratif di 51 titik proyek hunian di seluruh Indonesia. Kegiatan ini melibatkan perbankan, komunitas lokal, dan pemerintah daerah guna memperkuat inklusi kepemilikan rumah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dalam ajang Pekan Raya Jakarta 2025, Perumnas menghadirkan pengalaman interaktif berupa simulasi KPR, konsultasi pembiayaan, serta pengenalan skema pembelian yang lebih fleksibel. Momentum ini dilengkapi dengan peresmian Flagship Store di Wisma Perumnas sebagai pusat informasi terbuka dan digital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perumnas juga memperluas kerja sama strategis, di antaranya dengan PT Gotong Royong dalam menghadirkan skema kepemilikan properti fraksional, serta kemitraan dengan Kompas Gramedia dalam program hunian karyawan yang menjangkau ribuan pekerja formal.
