Hingga 22 Agustus 2025, lebih dari 20 juta orang telah menerima layanan kesehatan melalui CKG umum maupun CKG sekolah.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kepala Biro Komunikasi dan Informasi Publik Kemenkes, Aji Muhawarman, menyebut angka ini menunjukkan tingginya antusiasme masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan gratis. <em>\u201cPartisipasi masyarakat mencerminkan meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pemeriksaan rutin, baik untuk pencegahan maupun deteksi dini,\u201d<\/em> ujarnya (23\/8\/2025).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Program CKG saat ini sudah menjangkau 38 provinsi, 510 kabupaten\/kota, dan 10.132 Puskesmas. Layanan diberikan di fasilitas kesehatan, sekolah, serta komunitas. Dari total peserta, 19,4 juta orang terlayani di kategori umum\/reguler, sementara CKG sekolah mencatat 682 ribu peserta didik, terdiri atas murid SD (496.020), SMP (124.022), SMA (70.950), dan lainnya (1.610). Rata-rata, program ini diikuti sekitar 340 ribu orang setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selain cakupan yang luas, CKG juga menghasilkan temuan awal mengenai masalah kesehatan masyarakat di berbagai usia:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Bayi baru lahir:<\/strong> kelainan saluran empedu (19,3%), berat lahir rendah (6,1%), penyakit jantung bawaan kritis (5,9%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Balita &amp; pra-sekolah:<\/strong> gigi karies (31%), anemia usia 2 tahun (9,2%), stunting (5,6%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dewasa:<\/strong> kurang aktivitas fisik (95,9%), gigi karies (43,3%), obesitas sentral (34,9%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lansia:<\/strong> kurang aktivitas fisik (96,6%), gigi karies (60,8%), hipertensi (40,9%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menurut Aji, data ini menegaskan pentingnya deteksi dini agar masalah kesehatan tidak berkembang menjadi lebih serius dan membebani masyarakat maupun negara.
