PELNI sendiri telah melaksanakan sejumlah inisiatif, seperti <em>sharing session<\/em> bulanan, pelatihan dan sertifikasi agen contact center, diskusi bersama stakeholder di atas kapal, hingga benchmarking ke perusahaan lain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evan Eryanto menyampaikan rasa syukur atas apresiasi ini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Penghargaan ini mencerminkan dedikasi kami dalam mengembangkan Contact Center PELNI sebagai garda terdepan pelayanan pelanggan.
