Salah satu langkah strategis dilakukan melalui kolaborasi Balai Pemberdayaan Industri Fesyen dan Kriya (BPIFK) dengan Universitas Mahasaraswati (UNMAS) Denpasar dalam pengembangan Sustainability and Culture Business Model Canvas (SC-BMC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita menegaskan bahwa transformasi model bisnis IKM menjadi bagian penting dari Strategi Baru Industrialisasi Nasional (SBIN), yang menempatkan keberlanjutan, inovasi, dan penguatan identitas lokal sebagai pilar utama pengembangan industri nasional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cIKM fesyen dan kriya memiliki potensi besar sebagai penggerak ekonomi berkelanjutan berbasis budaya. Dengan model bisnis yang mengintegrasikan aspek ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, dan budaya, IKM tidak hanya meningkatkan daya saing, tetapi juga menciptakan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan dan mencerminkan jati diri Indonesia,\u201d ujar Menperin di Jakarta, Rabu (14\/1).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebagai wujud nyata kerja sama tersebut, BPIFK dan UNMAS Denpasar telah menandatangani nota kesepahaman serta melaksanakan riset bersama terkait penerapan SC-BMC. Model ini merupakan pengembangan dari Business Model Canvas konvensional dengan penekanan pada prinsip keberlanjutan dan nilai budaya dalam perancangan bisnis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Direktur Jenderal Industri Kecil, Menengah, dan Aneka (IKMA) Reni Yanita menjelaskan, SC-BMC tidak hanya berorientasi pada profit, tetapi juga mendorong dampak positif bagi manusia, lingkungan, serta pelestarian nilai lokal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uji coba penerapan SC-BMC telah dilakukan pada 15 IKM di Bali dalam kondisi usaha nyata. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model ini membantu pelaku IKM memahami potensi dan tantangan bisnis secara lebih komprehensif, sekaligus mendorong keseimbangan antara aspek ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, dan budaya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKolaborasi antara pemerintah, perguruan tinggi, dan pelaku industri menjadi kunci percepatan transformasi industri nasional. Dengan dukungan riset terapan, penguatan SDM, dan kebijakan yang tepat, IKM fesyen dan kriya diyakini mampu naik kelas dan menembus pasar nasional maupun global,\u201d ujar Reni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SC-BMC berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai alat perencanaan bisnis, tetapi juga sebagai pendekatan transformasi menuju usaha yang berdaya saing, berkelanjutan, serta memiliki legitimasi sosial dan budaya. Model ini terdiri atas 15 blok terintegrasi yang menggabungkan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan, dan budaya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reni menambahkan, temuan riset ini menjadi dasar penting dalam perumusan kebijakan penguatan IKM fesyen dan kriya. Penerapan SC-BMC membuktikan bahwa keberlanjutan dan budaya dapat berjalan seiring dengan profitabilitas, sekaligus memperkuat posisi IKM hijau di pasar global.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dari sisi pasar, SC-BMC dinilai responsif terhadap tren konsumen sadar lingkungan, digitalisasi, serta meningkatnya minat terhadap produk berbasis budaya lokal.
