Digitalisasi dinilai menjadi kunci agar pelaku IKM mampu bertahan sekaligus memperluas pasar, termasuk menghadapi produk impor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita menegaskan, pemerintah konsisten mendorong peningkatan literasi digital IKM, terutama dalam pemanfaatan pemasaran berbasis digital. Upaya ini dilakukan melalui kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak, seperti dinas perindustrian daerah, akademisi, serta pelaku industri dan bisnis, guna memastikan program berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Potensi pasar digital Indonesia juga terus tumbuh pesat. Survei Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia mencatat jumlah pengguna internet pada 2025 mencapai 229,43 juta orang. Sementara itu, pengguna e-commerce diproyeksikan menembus 73,06 juta orang, meningkat signifikan dibanding tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Bahkan, laporan Google, Temasek, dan Bain &amp; Company menunjukkan nilai transaksi e-commerce Indonesia mencapai sekitar Rp1.192,8 triliun pada 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Melihat peluang tersebut, Kemenperin melalui Ditjen IKMA terus menggencarkan program literasi digital, salah satunya melalui Workshop e-Smart IKM yang digelar di Badung, Bali, pada 1 April 2026 dengan melibatkan 80 pelaku usaha. Program ini merupakan hasil kerja sama dengan berbagai mitra seperti Shopee, IKEA Indonesia, dan Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Direktur Jenderal IKMA Reni Yanita menyebutkan, pemasaran digital kini menjadi kebutuhan utama karena lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional. Selain itu, perkembangan teknologi juga membuka peluang pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk personalisasi promosi, analisis perilaku konsumen, hingga prediksi tren pasar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sejak diluncurkan pada 2017, program e-Smart IKM telah diikuti oleh lebih dari 31 ribu pelaku usaha.
