Harga komoditas minyak mentah sepanjang bulan Februari mengalami peningkatan. Kenaikan bulanan tersebut merupakan yang pertama kalinya terjadi setelah selama tujuh bulan sebelumnya melempem. Dorongan menguat terjadi didukung oleh membaiknya permintaan minyak mentah global dan pembatasan pasokan.<\/p>\n<p>Harga minyak mentah sempat terjungkal pada perdagangan pekan ini. Anjloknya harga komoditas tersebut terjadi di tengah laporan yang menunjukkan bahwa pasokan minyak mentah di AS kembali mengalami kenaikan yang lebih besar dari ekspektasi. Pasokan minyak mentah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 8,4 juta barel pekan lalu dan mencapai rekor tertinggi sebesar 434,07 juta barel.
